Upload in IE9 Issue(s)

I am attempting to upload images for the first time since updating to IE9 (on win7 pro 64). I keep getting a refresh to :

res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm#mysite.com,http://clients.mysite.com/brideetc

None of the other uploaders worked and now I can't get to the "other uploaders" page (the page refreshes too fast for me to click on the link).

hmm... it won't give me time to click on the "try another uploader" link before refreshing to the error. Is there a direct link?

Hi Allen, if you clear your IE9 browser cache it should forget what you previously used as an uploader, thus it should ask you which one you want to use.

1. On your SmugMug website, press the F12 key on your keyboard.
2. The developer tools menu should appear at the bottom of Internet Explorer 9. Click the Cache menu and then Click Clear browser cache for this domain

Isn't it a cookie, not the cache that determine which uploader gets used?

Yes, you'd need to clear cookies for SmugMug.
