Warning: this is a love note! :sweet I just want to bring kudos to SmugMug today, for bringing me the ability to share my art in a way I'd never been able to before. I pay for my Pro-level account by the year, and to be honest, from year to year I completely forget what the cost is. When I was notified that the year's dues would be coming out of my account, I thought "that can't be right... it's gotta be more than that." But sure enough, it's only $150 for a whole year of what I get out of this site. Now don't go raising the rates right now because I'm saying this :D , but when I started here, I thought it was a great deal. After 4 yrs and hundreds of thousands of photos here, I honestly think it's much more than a great deal. It's one of the best bargains in the country for a photographer who wants to show their stuff in almost any way they can imagine, and have the ability to sell photos, store archives, and create all kinds of extras. That's without even mentioning the help, and the real people behind the scenes who clearly love this site almost the way we love our children.

Yeah, I know I've done my share of nit-picking at the bugs (no pun intended!) that come up, begging for new goodies, groveling for help, and having problems that turned out to be my own stupidity. That's one more reason I want to at least take this anniversary date to send some good vibes for once. DGrin has been amazingly helpful as well, for a range of photo-related stuff I would never have thought to find help for on any forum. There's always more SmugMug will be improving or planning to improve, and there will always be bugs here & there. But I'm reminded today that you're doing all you're doing with only some drops in the proverbial bucket from me. What I'm being provided for under $13 a month is quite mind-boggling. Think about it-- it's less than our typical weekend pizza or Chinese take-out!

I've looked at plenty of other sites, and have never seen one that even holds a candle to SmugMug. I have plenty of tweaking that I'd love to do on my site, but I know it's always there waiting for me & I can tweak it to my heart's content. There are so many things I could do here with my Pro site that I'm still learning about lots of them. I'll always remember, and never regret the day I started pulling files out of the darkness of file cabinets, closets, computer folders and boxes and brought them into the SmugMug light!! It was like bringing a huge part of myself into the light, because I never had an adequate way to share that part before SmugMug. In my life, I can honestly say there was "Before SmugMug" (BS!) and "After SmugMug" (AS!) Thank you for being a one-in-a-million site, SmugMug! :lynnma Oh, and sure, no problem-- you're welcome to bring in all those new styles and features & whatever other goodies are "sitting around" now, cuz then they'll think I did it! :smile6 -- Love, another grateful Smugger

What I love most about SmugMug is its support staff. There's not another company out there that I've dealt with which even comes close. The second thing I love about SmugMug is how fast the product improves over time. They're definitely not a static company! :nah

If any one wants to try SmugMug, you can SAVE 20% on your first year by using the coupon code PhotoFidelity, or just click here to automatically receive this discount during sign-up. Maybe this will help someone decide to join SmugMug, an already great deal.

How do you pay extra for that, I contact support and am told to post in the forum. Smumug in some areas are playing catch up features that are asked for already exist on other sites.
I am just about to the point to just say the hell with it and putin all the work to move to Exposure manager.
