The local road course holds an event called the International Race Drivers Club. Its a weekend event with practice on Saturday and a race on Sunday. I was able to go out and shoot the practice, but my time was cut short. Here are a few that I got.

I like the shots but I think they should be cropped a bit tighter. Try not to center the car in the frame, leave some room in front or behind the car.

Ditto, shoot tighter to begin with or crop will become a problem, make sure you keep your shutter slow enough to get blurred wheels.
