Hello,
First time posting here...and my first problem I haven't been able to figure out as well (regarding my smugmug site!).
Everything seems to work ok when you go to: http://hodnick.smugmug.com
But I just updated my godaddy redirectional service (www.hodnick.net) to take me to my smugmug site. However, now the slideshow does not load with it? Any help would much appreciated.
thanks,
nick

I think I might have found my problem... didn't realize the entire CNAME settings...so I have updated them.
Now I'm just waiting to see if hodnick.net will work, or if I have to use www.hodnick.net
Cool, if you set an A-record to our IP address you can use hodnick.net more: http://www.smugmug.com/help/professional-accounts

The slide show is working for me. There might be an issue with the domain name settings, I'm seeing an error.
Here's what the settings look at in GoDaddy's control panel: http://smuggy.me/2011-04-16_1513_001.png
Double check your settings to be sure they are correct.
Any problems, shoot us an email to the help desk: http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal
Yes after I read through the instructions and a thread Andy posted back in 2009 that answered my questions. It just took a couple hours for the internet (godaddy) to work out what it needed to do then (and also had to clear my cache).
Now to figure out how to do more customizations!
