Coyote in Snow
It has been a long winter . Middle of April and we're still getting snow. On my hike this morning I found two coyotes hunting for ground squirrels. One coyote ran off but this one was not too bothered that I was there.

Beautiful images. What wonderful animals. But then I don't own a free-range poodle, which I understand has become the snack-de-jour of California coyotes.
