Custom photos are down - returning bad gateway

URLs with custom image sizes in them are not currently working and thus slideshows that rely on them are not working. Here's an example of a URL (http://jfriend.smugmug.com/photos/1256797618_5BRFQtH-200x300.jpg) that returns: HTTP Error 502 (Bad Gateway).
