My Girl !

So this is Lexi, she is my girl and my best friend. She has shared our lives for the last 18months and I adore her. (Sorry for the gush...)

The first was taken whilst I was "trying" to learn about light. The second was movement and clarity (am now wondering if i need a new piece of glass, I am using a Canon 70 - 300mm IS USM, which i feel is lacking a little Sharpness)

Thanks for your kind comments, Sam, that Black Dog thing is one mean thing. I have yet to find the ideal light, although so far my favourite is the early morning winter sun.

I think your black dog is perfect. I photograph cats for our local shelter and the black cats drive me crazy.
