Issues with "replace photo"

I am trying to fulfill orders and each time I try to replace a photo with a cropped proof, I get gateway errors. When it does work, the proofed version does not show up. Rather the same uncropped version remains. What's up?

Looks like you guys changed things up a little bit. Replacing photos takes less time, but I wish it automatically went back to the order instead of me having to click an additional link.

I'm getting the gateway timeout errors today. When one did finally replace, it's not updating the file name but looks like the photo is the retouched version. Buggy.

It worked on the 3rd try for one photo and the 2nd on another, so I don't need anything just now - would it still be helpful for me to write just so they have the case info?
