Badge for Most Recent Gallery...with an exception?

I have a Most Recent Gallery Badge that I would like to tweak to exclude galleries of a certain Category. Can this be done? If so, how?

Correction - The Badge I have, and like, is for Most Recent Photos (not gallery). Below is the code that was provided using the 'Show Off' function found on a gallery. I need to tweak it to exclude photos from a given Category.
