Watermarking Issue

Hello Friends,

I've used this image as a watermark before, but for some reason it's not working now.


What am I missing?

I've tried:
re-uploading
copying
moving to another gallery
changing to a .gif, .jpg, .png
remaking it into a watermark
downloading and uploading from Aperture

It is in my watermark gallery with two other working watermarks.
I tried to 'make into a watermark' several times and tried the fade slider. The image doesn't show up no matter what I do.

What simple thing am I missing?

Here's the one I want to watermark. Some photos have another (my standard) watermark. I want to watermark the last 3 photos with the above file:

The watermark is now showing up on the pics, but when I link them, it's gone. My standard watermark, in the same gallery, links just fine.

Here's another thing to look at. In edit watermarks, centerwatermrk is un-editable.

Thanks for the help. Here's a screenshot of the watermark. It doesn't show up in the sample pic.
