You were on a roll!! I think this is my favorite. It has a retro feel that I can't explain. Well done

Very, very impressive. You've developed a real mastery of this conversion technique. All the elements of a great photo come together here....with exceptional display of composition. Wonderful shot!!! clap.gifclap

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Thanks, Juano. I, too like the retro kind of look on the ceiling fan. When I noticed it I want to capture a small amount of movement on the fan blades so I switched from manual to shutter priority mode. 1/50 second did the trick after 3 tries. Thanks for viewing my friend. :D

Thank you very much for your very encouraging words, my friend. I guess reading all those photography books and learning from the works of our friends here at DGrin is really paying off. rolleyes1.gif:D

How did you find such a perfectly clean fan in a burger joint?

I like it. You controlled the shutter speed perfectly, good motion where it matters, perfectly sharp everywhere else, well composed, great job.

It's a small town burger shop so I guess they clean it regularly, Werner. :D It took me 3 tries before I found out that 1/50 second is the right shutter speed to induce only a little motion on the fan blades. Thank you very much for the nice comment. thumb.gif
