LR Watermark won't disappear in SM

Hi there! I now understand that I need to remove my watermark that I placed on my photos in LR in order to sell them on SM. I thought I removed them in LR, as I no longer see them in my LR workflow, but I am still seeing them in my SM gallery. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Are these photos that have been uploaded before you removed watermarks in LR? If so, you have to re-upload the images as the watermarks from LR are part of the photos and SM has no way of removing them automatically.

    Thank you for the response. I think I may have solved the problem by deleting the gallery in smugmug, renaming it in LR, and uploading it again. It is currently uploading right now and so far I don't see any watermarks. Thank you again.
