Drag to arrange all messed up

Not sure what happened here but it appears maybe my customization messed up the drag to arrange feature? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Im having problems doing any sorting, or deleting of any kind in all my galleries. something's up.

Yeah, I noticed it on other places as well. I can't delete or even move photos either.
