Well it was a hot and dry Summer here for us in the NE this year.
The opportunity for some nice flower pics were slim at best cuz of the dry conditions. Actually any pics where bleak due to lack of precip and greenery!:cry
We just bought our first home so my photographic adventures have been minimal. I did manage to get a slew of blossom pics in the Spring and burn em to a CD for Winter PP. This weekend I got all the important pre Winter things done to the house. So now I can concentrate on some photography again! :thumb
The Fall is one of my favorite times of the year to get some great shots.

I want to challenge everyone at my level of Photography (Amateur :rolleyes ) to make an effort to capture you BEST Fall photos this year. Make sure to share them here. Don't matter if you think they are good or bad! The Guys that are on the more PRO/better educated level can educate us to help us do better.
Make sure when you post your pics to list the make of Camera your using and the EXIF info so PRO/better educated PPL can better instruct you.
Might better include weather conditions as well.....could be helpful?:scratch

You lurkers out there.....DON'T be shy! Join us here at DG!
It's a great place to learn and share no matter what level of Photography your at!!

I look forward to seeing some NEW FACES around here sharing some Fall pics.
Of course I also look forward to seeing pics from our current members also.:D
It's always a learning experience here at DG!:thumb

It's getting cooler so remember to dress warm and keep your batteries warm for longer shooting time.

I recall this shot from STF. I liked it then and I still do. I know I tried to replicate your selective colour process quite a few times.

    THANX Ted!

Did ya figure it out? headscratch.gif
I used Photoshop CS for that one. CS2 can be done the same.
If not I have all the instructions I got from Tim Kirkwood to do it in CS if ya want it.

Selective color is fun to play with given the right subject.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
