ORBIS ring flash adapter

I got my copy of the orbis adapter and I generally like it. The only concern I have it that I see some yellow cast at the bottom part of the ring... Wondering if it is just my copy or not... In the real world images, though, this hasn't proven to be a problem yet.

    I thought the primary application of Orbis ring flash was to shoot thru it, with the lens in the middle of the ring...I didn't see any mention of you using it that way in any of your review?

    I have an Orbis as well and love it as much as the next guy. thumb.gif

    The entire review was about using the Orbis as intended.... shooting through it. Kind of goes without saying.
