I can't get the watermark tool to work. I click make this picture a water mark, and sometimes a windows slides down on the upper left side of the window asking me to slect a photo. I select the photo and then the page just goes blank. It won't load on any browser that I have (GC, IE, FF).

Here's the PNG I want to make a water mark:

Thanks for your help!

This is more of a question for the help desk:

But looking in your Control Panel it would appear that you have a watermark set in there already from that image. You will just need to apply that watermark to your images and you should be good to go.

Sorry, this might help some too:

    http://www.smugmug.com/help/custom-watermark-protection

It has all the information on how the watermarking works.

But to sum it up, for any images you have uploaded already you will need to go into your gallery. Select Tools ~> Under the Many Photos section select More ~> Watermarking. From there you can apply, change, or remove the watermark from your images.

If you are creating a new gallery you can go into the Settings for your gallery and under the Security & Privacy section there is an option for watermarking. So that it will apply the watermark to images as you upload them.

Thanks for the reply, I had read the instructions in the link. What ended up working is that I added another picture to the album, and then it let me make the first one into a watermark. Perhaps a bug? I have no idea why that made it work.
