Question about Smugmug Accounts.

Okay, to begin, I'd like to know if, after you have an account set up with photos uploaded, at the end of your year of having the account, is everything deleted/locked, or will the images remain viewable but the ability to upload content be blocked? The reason I'm curious is, I'd like to get an account, but sometimes I either don't realize a year has passed, or I won't be in the financial position to be able to make a payment for a couple months when the time comes.

So what happens? I'm really interested in checking out the Power account.

Hi, for a time, we keep things available (stored, viewable, but you can't upload or change things)- we do this because there are lots of reasons why folks may either forget to renew, or have a credit card expiration date go past, etc. We do this for as long as is possible, and during that time we repeatedly reach out to you to remind you to update your info and renew. If you don't renew after a time, your account will become inaccessible to you and anyone, and the photos will be deleted.

Awesome, that sounds perfect. It's more of an issue of coming up with money immediately whenever bills/renewal comes around. I recently tore my ACL and have to go through recontruction/phys therapy so I'm blowing most of my money on that and I can't work. I do have a lot of beautiful photos I keep taking tho!
