If I could read the phone, the picture would tell the story instead of the title.
Maybe a tighter crop would help.

Ah, but you can read the phone. Look at the original.

I've been trying to figure out how to show that withn the context of this challenge.

I can only say one word, crop.:D
I took your original and made a crop with some PS and Noise Ninja to it.
But I don't know if NN is allowed.
This was a quick fix, I'm sure you could do better.

    the pics is here: http://www.pbase.com/davev/image/50139715
If you wish, I will delete it.

No, please don't delete it. In fact, you can inline it in your post. I do it to people here all the time and they do it to me. It's one of the things I like about this place compared to others.

It's a very nice crop. Very nice. I didn't see how to do that and keep the context.

But I don't thinking this kind of cropping is allowed for this challenge. Still, it makes a much better shot. Thanks for the idea!

I must have missed that 'minor' cropping part.
Now I have go re-look at my pic in the challenge. I'm pretty sure
that I changed a hor. to a vert. by cropping.

    Oh well.

i'll probably change this for the next non-pp challenge - cropping in the darkroom, was light or severe ... depending on the situation. the only time NO CROPPING at all is allowed is when we have either: wide-angle challenge, or a "get it right 100% at shoot" challenge :D

I looked, and changed to a different pic.

Glad to be of service. And that crop is great. I'm going to use, just not for the challenge.
