Possible to make a gallery visible to google but not on the homepage?

I hope this will be a simple question . . . .

I want certain galleries to be visible to search engines, but I don't want them to show up directly on the home page (other than where I put them in my nav-bar). Currently I have no galleries on my homepage at all because I can't choose which ones are there and which ones are not, but it would be great to have the option of linking some of them there . . . . but not all.

Is that possible?

    Google just needs to be able to find your gallery via a link from some other web page. It doesn't have to find it via your homepage. You could link it in a blog page (that Google knows about) or in a public forum or anywhere that Google already looks.

    Hmm . . . what if the gallery is linked from the nav-bar on the home page, does that do it?

    Also, what if I want the page to be visible/listed when someone follows the breadcrumbs to the category, but I don't want it to show up on my home page? I think I basically want a "listed" gallery in every sense, except that I want to be able to choose not to have it show on the homepage.

    Yes, any link is fine so you navbar link will work fine. Google will find it from that.

    If you want it to behave like a listed gallery in categories, but not show on the homepage, then you can use customization #14 here to hide an individual gallery from view on the homepage.
