Practicing Bird Shots

Well...I look at all the beautiful bird & wildlife shots and am in awe of how you guys can get the detail...particularly while in flight. I've been reading, looking, learning and received wonderful advice. Now - to practice. Here are a few first attempts. Wow...it's hard but thrilling! To add to the excitement I am doing all the PP from an iPad. Your CC appreciated.

    Hi Eia. That first one is excellent. It is not easy to get tack sharp photos of small birds thumb.gif

    Thanks Dan...the the little ones are flighty and a smaller target to shoot! :). But the bigger ones are hard as well...:D

    Eia, I like the first one best as well, but I think they are quite respectable. I agree with you that it's hard, but thrilling! Best, Pam

    Good set. Flight captures are hard at first but after some practice it gets to be a ot asier.
