MOO business card Import problem ?

Hi there , is somebody out there which know why I can`t import some of my pictures of my galleries to moo card builder ? Have some guys the same problem ?

When I choose some images of my gallery to the card builder it works perfect but the newest pictures which I uploaded to the smugmug-gallery failed to import .. there come a empty card in the builder !? :scratch

What can be the problem here ?

Can you check the gallery settings and make sure 'external links' are turned on?

Can you give us an example link to a gallery that works and one that doesn't? You can email us at our HelpDesk with the links:

EDIT: Trying it on a new upload myself, Moo seems to be currently not working with new uploads. We'll work with Moo on resolving this. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Ok thanks for your reply. I've done it actually with my original pictures on my workstation but if you can solve it please post update

MOO has resolved the issue. Can you give it another try to make sure it's working for you now?
