Got some extra mms with the second-hand purchase of a Sigma 500 4.5. Coupled with the Kenko TC 1.4 it alsmost doubled my reach. The combination delivers good sharp prictures and I am quite happy with the first result:

Looking good, congrats on the new purchase! I've been looking to up my mm's recently as a result of this wonderful wildlife forum.

Good capture Peter. The reach a 500mm gives one opens up a whole new world of possibilities.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
