Nikon D7000, AF tubes 92mm (36 + 36 + 20), Sigma 150/2.8 macro, Raynox DCR-250, SB 600 (home made diffuser) , Manfrotto 330B Macro Flash Bracket, Manfrotto 482 MICRO BALL HEAD and TTL Off Camera FLASH Shoe Sync Cord
This equipment I use to get a magnification 5:1 (I think!?)
5:1 I guess
Quality is not at the level of MP-E65 but it will do the job
Here is the result
f/16, 1/200, ISO 200, 3 frames fokus stacks

(I'm used to it)
- The body is made of juice boxes, and the front part is kitchen towel.
kitchen towel
To protect the diffuser from the weather (rain, dewdrops) and mechanical damage I used window film

Yes. It even has a plastic lid to stop the soup from spilling. How I wish I were a rich photographic accessory manufacturer...

Combination for getting a magnification 5:1 has too many parts so it is best for handheld use.
For tripod I use tubes (36mm), Sigma 150 macro and Raynox DCR-250 (magnification 3:1)
