Internet Licensing

Does anyone have any tips or a good resource for licensing a photo for a website?

I've been contacted and asked for permission to use one of my images on a corporate website.

I'm thinking about using the smugmug commercial download option. However I'm unsure what I should be charging.

Any thoughts.?

I was on getty...for an RF image..it's about $400...for a RM image web use....up to about $1400 for a 1/2 size photo on home page!!!!!!!

There are a couple of good books that have been mentioned previously. This one comes to mind.
