Is it north of birmingham, mi?

I grew up there, kind of. Orchard Lake Country Club. I almost drowned, often, finally learned to swim, decided I was NOT jumping off the high dive, went out in a sail boat. Just begged my mother almost every summer day to go to Orchard Lake. We went often. And every July fourth. Those are still the fire works of my childhood.

Oh, you wanted comments on the photos? Nice photos! I thought it was more built up by now.

That horizon, as I was almost drowning, and as I was on the top of the high dive, I am sure the horizon looked tilted like that, but since those are such nice peaceful scenes, I would straighten the horizon if I were you.

Yeah thats true. I should retake them when its about to brown and orange.
    But yes it's Orchard Lake.

Interesting story. I guess the picture definately gives you the opposite feeling of the serene calm morning.
