motion shoot

I have taken this photo inside Yorkdale Center. I tried to freeze the background and blur this girl. I spent approximately 20 minutes to get this result.

    I like it!
    But I think you need to clearly capture all the lettering of the add.

    Mission accomplished. You got both the motion and a clear background. thumb.gif The lettering doesn't matter all that much to me. In fact, I think it might have worked better if you had shot maybe a half a second sooner, when she was in front of a brighter part of the sign. Dunno, maybe her face would have gotten lost that way. In any event, now that you have an understanding of the appropriate shutter speed, you can do some more.

    Good capture! Me likes. Did you use a tripod or did you handhold that?

    in fact I wasn't noticing on the latter, just I was trying to blur ma main subject

    absolutely you are right. unfortunately I couldn't do it. There were many people walking front of the background, and I this picture was the best capture
