problems uploading

Is there a problem uploading images? Or is it just me?
I started a batch and after about 10 images, everything fails saying smugmug is not available.

    Hi, we want and expect to be really, really fast - uploading is dependent upon your good connection, too - please swrite our Support Heroes and we can help!

    Andy as you have read or overlooked in several of my posts, I upload anywhere else at 1.2 to 1.3... I am getting 200kb on your site. "The Heroes" as you say will just give me some generic answer they have responded to in the forums and that is just more frustrating. There are quite a few people posting consecutively over the last week or more... all complaining of some type of latency. I am assuming you're not calling your users that have been on here years wrong. They know their workflow, as do I on other sites... Something is not right.
