Color on the nose

Hello,

I took this picture in sunlight and there was quote dark inside, so it took some time work on it at LR3.4.
After "long" time the nose got that weird spot that looks like bruise. I would like to have it out of there before printing it.

    It looks like you overdid dodging & burning or something similar in post processing. I also notice dark spots elsewhere: on the underside of the chin, face near the ear and upper lip. It might be a good idea to compare with the original. Also, skin tones appear reddish and there are many hot spots on the face and hair. A nice pose and beautiful model.

    This might be one of those images that are beyond Lightroom's capabilities. You may need to take it into a pixel level editor.
