Not what I plan to enter, but would this make a good backup?

This was taken on the beach around 9:30 Saturday night in Santa Cruz. This is the 2nd shot that I took, the first was ruined due to a wave charging me and destroying my Starbucks that I had set on the sand. I had to make a call between the coffee or my camera, so after a seconds thought in slow motion I decided that the camera still has some life left in it, so I grabbed it and ran. The exposure is 10 minutes at f/4 ISO100. The lights on the horizon is Monterey. (btw, I went back and got my coffee cup that the waves took)

If you can get rid of that ugly banner on the bottom, then yes :)

All I can say is yes to your question YES IT WOWS.

You probably made the right choice between the Starbucks and the camera the camera still cost a little more than the Starbucks to replace (not by much).
