A change from seeing skewered fish on Heron beaks that's for sure. Nothing like a big feed of bug guts to get you through the day.:D

Ric I like the comp but the focus should really be on the Mantis's head eating the bug if you are going for a small DOF. Or you could use an aperture around 10 to get more of the scene in focus.
