Understanding CSV spreadsheets

Good afternoon all,

I am trying to reconcile what I have listed in profits to what actually hit my bank account, and I'm a little confused. Is there somebody who could email me that I could talk with?

You can always contact SmugMug support here: http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal. Send us an email letting us know what your having trouble with and we'll help you to understand it.

You can download a CSV of all Pro sales on your site in your Sales History. Go to your Control Panel>Pros tab and you can access the Sales history there. Take a look at the csv and if you need help understanding the different fields please take a look here: http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/pro+sales+download+csv+format

I did download 3 different versions of my CSV reports. I am trying to reconcile what was deposited into my account vs. what my webpage shows. I'll email them at the link you provided. Thanks again!
