Phantom keyword?

This is seriously curious!
StatCounter has reported that I have had a visitor to my site who went directly (i.e. with no reference link) to the URL address
rosscollins.smugmug.com/keyword/manhattan/1/177349149_piVHe
This produces an empty page of images matching the keyword "1 • manhattan". However when related keywords are selected, images are identified and displayed and 'manhattan', not "1 • manhattan", becomes a related keyword.
I do have the keyword "Manhattan" but not "1 • manhattan" as far as I know. It certainly doesn't show up on my keyword list. I don't understand why a visitor could be seeking the keyword "1 • manhattan", which is very bizarre, let alone why my site would lead the visitor to a search result for that keyword, albeit a null result in the first instance.
I'm foxed. Can someone explain what's going on here? :dunno

The number 1 (eg /1/) use to be used in that context for page numbers. I'm wondering if there is some search functionality that is still using the old format. I'll see if i can find anything.
