can not get into my smug mug account!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get into my account for a week. My password would not work, I have requested a new password numerous times and and emailed the help page as many times. I have recieved no responces to anything( my spam filter is off). Any suggestions???

    I figured you did, but I have gotten nothing. Dont know what to do though to straighten it out.
