Pretty girl, hate to critique this shot but I can't help myself. Looks like the focus is on the top of the head and the eyes are just out. Skin is a bit oversaturated and orange.
I like the composition and use of space.
A little levels adjustment and this would pop.
When shooting portraits, it's important to get the eyes tack sharp. Like Zoomer said the eyes are a bit soft. For me, the zit right at the tip of her nose is very distracting. That can be cloned out in PP.
