idea for a thread

I got this idea while viewing a posted portrait a few moments ago, I found myself trying to guess which lens the OP used by looking at the signature and equipment. A VERY worthwhile experiment for me, I still don't "get it" and I'd love to be able to see images side by side.

Post a portrait, and or people image, post the camera used and have others guess what lens was used. Seasoned pros can try to fool other seasoned pros.

Any takers out there??

    ha could be anything.....50 1.8 at F8 is my guess.

    Wow, even guessing the aperture !! My experience comes from what I use the most, so this stumps me BUT I am going to go along with BBiggs.

    Alot of people might think this is boring or wonder what the point is, but it is a great way for me, and I hope others, to learn.

    It was f8 but the focal length was 12mm so a close & wide example :D
    The lens is a Tokina 12-24mm f4.0

    We still need to know what camera was used. A 50mm f1.8 was my first guess but the background blur makes me doubt it now. There's a mirror in the picture which makes it tougher :D

    A 50mm on a full sensor is about the same as a 35mm on a 1.6x crop sensor, so it's really needed to know the camera make/model.
