There's very little she likes to do better than picking "wishes" and spreading them to the wind.

Nice capture Cab! Well composed and lit. Perfectly timed.
It's funny, I tried this with my daughter just the other day and stupidly went with the head-on view. Made her look like she was trying to eat the dandelion rolleyes1.gif

lovely capture...if it were mine? I would warm up the WB considerably and up the exposure 1/3 to 1/2 stop.

Thanks for the comments. Eyal - I think a head-on view could work if you got a big cloud of "wishes" in focus with the "wisher" OOF in the background. It might take several tries, but if your daughter is anything like mine, she'll be happy to spend the time, so find a big field of dandelions and go for it!

Qarik - Her left sleeve in particular as well as some other parts of her shirt are already blown out, so I didn't want to bump the exposure any higher. I didn't want to lose definition on her face. I will certainly give the WB a try and see how it looks. Thanks for the suggestion.

I love this shot, but I agree that your WB is a little cool. Warm up the skin tones a bit and you have a great wall hanger.

Here's an attempt at improvement. I bumped exposure by about 1/3 stop, recovered some highlights, turned down the green saturation, and warmed it up. I like it better. Thanks for the suggestions!
