Up for sale today is my Canon 1Ds Mark II. Click on the image for tech specs and details on the camera.

[imgl]http://www.moonriverphotography.com/photos/32098004-S.jpg[/imgl] I purchased this camera brand new at the end of May, 2005. It is fully covered by Canon USA warranty service through the remainder of the one-year warranty period. The condition of the camera is like new, in fact, you'd be hard pressed to tell this camera from a brand-new unit fresh out of the box. I put pda screen protectors on both lcds before I shot my first frames with the camera. When I say *mint* I mean mint, and I stand behind the description. FYI I got a 1/4mm teeny tiny mark on the grip about where one's forefinger would go - and the underlying finish could be seen - 2 seconds with a black sharpie, and a fractional amount of clear nail polish, and you wouldn't know about it if I hadn't said anything. Otherwise, the camera is in as new working condition.. There are 5,699 actuations. All firmware up to date. It comes with everything that was originally in the box: body, cables, software, battery, ac unit, charger, neckstrap. On page four of the dpreview preview you can see the included items.

** Includes as a bonus a Sandisk Ultra II SD memory card (the camera hold two types of media, SD and of course CF) This is about a $88 item. **

Price: $6075. Your personal check, bank check, money order, or bank wire are welcome. I will only ship the camera when funds clear on my end. Shipping will be by UPS Ground, insured. Buyer pays shipping. International buyers are welcome, though you'll be responsible for shipping, and any customs declarations, duties, tariffs and/or taxes.

EDIT: Price lowered from $6450 to $6075 after searching recent sales in the market.

EDIT: Price includes Sandisk MobileMate SD Card Reader

EDIT: Pics added:

Laughing.gif Hey if I had the spare cash I would have wired it to you already. But since I can't buy it I will say this. Someone buy this camera. It is a great camera, from a great seller, that needs a loving home. Windoze common you know you want it.

Andy notice I didn't even include any heckling there.

It would seem that Cherry Ripes make some people mean and sarcastic! :):

Ah well, I think Andy has big enough shoulders to support the abuse. ne_nau.gif

I hope this dialog helps to sell the camera! (At least we can't be accused of "bumping", now can we?) thumb.gif

I think this should be a pay it forward item. I'll be first in line. Second in line shouldn't hold their breath waiting for me to be done with it anytime soon:D

Oh I bet you would.. I'd love to send you money, too. Too bad I don't have any! Infact, in all my "employed" life I have yet to clear $6000. Gotta love being a teenager.
