Order Tracking and Imagekind?

I've ordered through Imagekind once in the past and don't recall any issues. However, this time around, ordering a fairly significant selection of framed prints, I never received an email confirmation of the order, nor can I find any place to check the order status on the site. I contacted support and they were able to help me log into my account, but the order doesn't show up there at all and I haven't heard back yet from a followup support email.

I have an order number and my receipt, but I'm accustomed to getting at least an order confirmation. I've checked my spam folder, and it hasn't gone there, either (and I received a support email from there, so they're not being blocked).

Anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know of a place to track orders on the site? Most places I've dealt with have at least a "track your order here" box, but maybe I'm missing it.

Thanks, Andy. I'd already contacted them, and I was awaiting a reply (which I did get, with confirmation), so I was sort of hoping there was a spot I was missing to enter the order number for tracking, but I guess that's not available.

Just glad to have confirmation that the order went through, though
