I shot this earlier this month at the St Augustine Alligator Farm. I had the D3X with the 600 lens and I did not like what I was seeing. It was too close for a full body shot so I tried the tc20 III - I think in this bright light it came out quite well.
1/1250 f/9 iso 320.

Beautiful capture Alan with great detail. clap.gif

I was wondering how you would make out with the 600mm at the Farm. I've been getting most of my captures there with the 70-200. It was a pleasure seeing you and I hope your visit to Florida worked out well.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Harry. I used the 70-200 with and without the 1.4tc on my DX body.

I enjoyed my time in Florida. I do wish the sun would come out here.
