Hi Gang,

My son and I have different opinions on this photo so I thought I'd throw it out for comments from those with far better judgement and wisdom then we. I won't go into the details of our opinions now because I don't want to prejudice anyone's thinking.

I don't even know what that means. But, you're right ... it's not that exciting or interesting. I kinda liked the sharp detail but my son thought it looked more like a graphic than a photograph ... almost artificial. I was hoping for comments on that issue, but alas, no one cared. Oh well :cry .

Hope you don't mind me trying something different; it's what I do with images I find, to learn and improve my own skills. I realize that my taste is probably far different from that of most people rolleyes1.gif

I cropped it to a 4:5 ratio and eliminated one bird:

I don't mind at all, Nick. I think it looks much, much better with your crop. I'm gonna fool around with that some.

    Thanks for the tip!

crap -> grap -> grab ? 4 letters with 2 correct makes that a 50% of the letters correct score. Rather typical nowadays...

Yeah ... I couldn't find a relavent definition for "grap" either but "grab" makes sense. But a 50% error rate then 25% on the correction? What are we becoming?
