Replace Photo not working

I can't replace a photo in my sales history for anything. It keeps telling me the file was accepted and it will take a few minutes before it appears but 20 minutes and 2 different browsers later it's still not there.

    Please write our Support Heroes with details on the order, and the file you are trying to replace - it must be an sRGB JPG. We'll help from the desk, thanks.

    Apparently that was exactly the issue. Strange because I have my camera RAW set to open files as sRGB. It hasn't reverted in years but suddenly did. Thanks Andy.
