Hopefully the thread is in the right forum.
I was noticing that I was getting really sore after longer editing sessions in Lightroom so I went in search of the causes. I noticed that some of the key combinations were not that ergonomic, such as using P, U, and X to flag picks requires lots of hand movements if also using the mouse. I continued looking at the key combinations and realized they were not easy for me to use.
I decided to try a gamer keypad and customize it to my workflow. I found it was very successful and less expensive than some of the other keyboards designed for LR. There was a nice side effect I did not expect, I was able to do more work with the tool palettes hidden. More screen for the image.

I am planning a follow up in a few weeks after I use it for a while longer.
Hope you find it helpful. Any comments are appreciated.
