problem with clients downloading images

Hello. I can't figure out how to make something work. I want to give my clients the permission to download unwatermarked images directly to their computer, but when they try to do it, they get watermarked versions.

Is there some permission under gallery settings that I'm not allowing by mistake? Thanks

Hello, in order to do this you would need to remove the watermark from your images, using tools>many photos>watermarking

Thanks Andy. I'm a little confused because other clients have been able to download the images without the watermark, so I figured I had done something wrong.

Did you sell a digital download?

No, not a digital download. I needed to allow access for a company's pr person to immediately download some images. On my website, those images were watermarked. But when she downloaded them to her computer, they were not watermarked (which was exactly the way I wanted things to work). That was back in March, so I wondered if I had changed a setting that prevented that from happening now.

What sizes do you have available? If you have the originals available, the first person was probably downloading the original, which has no watermark.
