Nikon D70, Nikon 18-70mm lens set at 44mm, Exposure at ISO 200, f8 at 1/400 second, Matrix Metering at Aperture Priority Mode, Color Processed in LR 3.
Sitting quietly, doing nothing. Spring comes and the grass grows by itself.

    You did a great job on what must have been a difficult exposure and I agree that the conversion is good. But this looks oversharpened to me, especially the dolphin and the water round it. What's your son holding? Looks like a disassembled Rubik's cube headscratch.gif

    It was a challenging shot all right since I'm shooting in broad daylight and my Nikon D70 can only go as low as ISO 200. I shot this at f8.0 so maybe that helped a lot on the sharpness issue. Sharpness goes hand in hand in the brightness level of the image so I could probably lower down the brightness a little bit next time. The thing is, when I checked my histogram, the brightest areas that I have are still only at 248 compared to 255 so it's not overblown.

    What he's holding is a paper plate for the dolphin feeds. The kids buy them at the kiosk I think for $2 a plate full of small fishes. The kids really enjoyed this attraction a lot when we visited the complex the second time this year. Cheers. :D
