    Looks like you missed the focus. Everything looks a bit soft. The background is cool, but it seems (IMHO) to be a bit distracting. If you were to shoot this one again, try to increase your aperture (lower f#) and move the subject away from the background. Be sure your subject is in focus. Depending on the distance between the subject and the background, you'll get more blur, which will keep the eye on the person, while still showing the interesting background...
