This is wonderful Danthumb
We must have passed each other in the valley. I had left my home Sunday in hopes of catching this storm and it turned into the most photographic storms I have ever seen in the valley. You are very fortunate to have experienced this.

Yes I saw your re shoot shot and figured we must have been there at the same time. It was such a privilege to wake up to such incredible light and a blanket of fresh snow.
Stunning shot here, Dan! I toured your Yosemite gallery too--some exquisite images you created! I've seen lots of shots of the dogwoods on the Merced R. but never one with a bridge in it--you made it unique and I really liked that shot. Looks like you had a blessed experience there.

Thanks so much Lauren. I don't know about blessed but it sure was great. . Right now I am in Snowmass Colorado and this is pretty spectacular as well. Hope all is well with you Lauren.
By far, the best of this place Ive ever seen. I keep coming back to this one because its just too hard to take my eyes off of. This is why I love landscape photography. Cheers for being there to experience this and being prepared to bring it home with you!
