Can't see keywords unless logged in

When I'm logged in, I see Keywords: x,y,z,etc. but when I look at the same photo in a different browser where I'm not logged in, I don't see any keywords. Even in the lightbox view, clicking on Details | Keywords, it says, "no keywords".

I checked my CSS, and I don't see anything that would do this. Any other ideas?

Make sure you have all "Hello smuggers!" set to yes.

In any gallery, or a particular gallery on your site? Please give a link, happy to look for you.

Well, it's a password protected gallery. Come to think of it, would a customer with the password even be able to use the keyword search functionality, and find photos in password protected galleries?

Keyword or search does not work for any unlisted or passworded galleries.

It does work for you logged in though.

If I am logged in, I can see all the keyworded photos even from password protected galleries.

The problem is, if I am logged in, I can't "purchase" a digital download of all the photos!! Why are digital downloads not available to gallery owners? Really, can I get the official reason why this is explicitly disabled?

As owner, you don't purchase - you go to tools>download all and you get an email with a zip file link of the photos :) More: http://www.smugmug.com/help/backups

Can I do that from a keyword selection? (Sorry for venting!)
    ...I'm off to go look!

and, I'm back. I do see the "Download All" choice under tools in the Gallery, but not when looking at Keywords. Is that right?

You might have to create a temporary unlisted virtual gallery for the keywords you want to download and then download all from that. Keyword views aren't real galleries (they're more like search results) so you don't get full gallery functionality on them.

I have the same problem. When I am not logged in I can't see the keywords. I have setup my navbar with the link to the "find" page but I still don't see it. Can someone help?

    Here is my webpage:http://www.carlleblanc.ca

    Thank you

This link works and your public keywords are visible.

Have no idea why they don't show in the Top 100 list though.

I didn't look at all your galleries - but in this one,

you have specifically told us to not display keywords by setting the Hello Smuggers to 'no' in the gallery settings. Change that, and you will see keywords on your top keywords box when logged out. Let us know if you have more questions, happy to help :)

Just wanted to let you know that you should probably darken the words on your Search page a bit. I did not even see those words "Top 150 keywords" and "Most Recent Photos". They're very very light on my screen & blend right in with the background. I didn't know what you were all talking about for a minute there until I looked closer & saw the words. My screen is set a little dim right now because it's night-time, but that's pretty common. So if you just do a small boost, it'll help.
