I like the different approach I took, ie bringing out the colors in the water, but I hate the overall finish of it. HELP. yay nay or tell me to never try this again. lol

I am not a huge fan of the way how water looks.
I think if you could get a bright shot, separate the water, and overlay it (to create a sort of texture on it), it would look tons better.

It's meant to be an "artistic" look. Maybe fantasy, maybe dreamy. I get what your saying and I'm currently working on that. I'm trying to lean away from the normal shots.

if you are looking for a fantasy look, then create a fog over the greens, perhaps?

Ahhhh, great idea. I totally agree with you about the water, but I think**, lol, that it will look better if I can get the rest of it to flow with my "theme" Of course it's all in my head Now it's just getting it out thru PS.

yep, i'm thinking the heavy/semi heavy fog would definitely make it flow better with water.
