problem with the cart?

I've had two people tell me that they would add images to the shopping cart, and then it would clear them out. Is there another bug or is this lingering from the outage yesterday?

Thanks,
Sam

Sam, I'd be curious to know if your customer ultimately abandoned the purchase. It's happened to me and I want to know if it happened to you too.

Thanks Andy, I'll look into it.
Samir, it's hard to say if this is something that has caused a problem. The two KNOWN times it's happened have been with my father in law and my cousin. My FIL has since placed an order successfully and I placed the order for my cousin. I will say that I've never gotten a complaint from a non-relative though, but they may have just abandoned it without saying anything to me.

Thank you very much for the feedback. I bumped into my customer having trouble at a car show the next week and he told me what problem he was running into. I gave him my cell phone number on the spot, but never got a call. He had over $140k investing in the two cars he had at the show too. I lost a what would have been a good sale, but the only way I knew was because I met him face-to-face shortly after the issue.
