I drive the turnpike to work everday and finally had to risk a ticket pulling over, putting on the hazards, running through knee high grass, hoping nothing would bite me or that I wouldn't twist my knees or ankles, leaning against a rusty fence to get this shot.

No tickets and no injuries.:D

Nice shot, great compo. Lovely find. It's a shot that I would want to see with the saturation maxed. Love the colors. Do you think you're there? Didn't play with it, but I think there may be more room for color/pop.

Edit:

I deleted this change. I updated the original. I upped the sky and field. I tried heavier greens but didn't like them. The sky increase I liked. Thanks for the suggestion, it improved the shot.

I'd like to see a bit more contrast in the sky. I think the coloring in the bottom half is better in your revised version. Nice scene you've captured there.

Looks great, but pull out just a smidgen of yellow, and it'll be a bit better. More blue in the sky, though don't take too much yellow out.
